My long festive vacation
In Nepal, we are lucky to have one of the longest festival vacations. We get more than a month off to celebrate Dashain, Tihar, and Chhath . This year too, our school has given us holidays from September 22 to October 29 . I think last year we had even more days off, but still, this feels like such a good break. The best part is that this year I have very few assignments to complete, just re-solving my exam papers and doing some biology lab drawings. Last year was completely different. I had to finish so many sets, project works, and writing tasks that it felt overwhelming. I couldn’t spend my vacation peacefully because I was always worried about completing everything on time. This year feels so much lighter and happier. Still, I have a little fear about my studies after the vacation. Our teachers have told us that the lessons will be taught very quickly so that the whole syllabus can be completed on time. I hope I can adjust and keep up with the fast pace. Only three days are left...
